Framework Solutions designed and built DealPro — a cloud-based MVC.NET portal application that serves as the central hub for all lease transaction activity. The system guides deal teams through a structured pre-processing workflow, validating inputs at each stage before a transaction is eligible for ERP submission.
Every lease deal enters the system through a standardized intake form that captures all required fields: lessee information, equipment details, funding terms, insurance requirements, and documentation status. The system validates completeness and flags exceptions before any data moves downstream, eliminating the rework that previously occurred when incomplete deals reached the ERP.
